Stock Assistant
Im currently partnering with a renowned luxury fashion house celebrated for its exceptional tailoring, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stock & Logistics Assistant to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both retail operations and head office functions, spending your time between the flagship store and central operations team.
This role is at the heart of the business, ensuring products move seamlessly from warehouse to store to client. You'll play a key role in stock accuracy, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, and inventory management, helping to deliver the exceptional service standards expected from a leading luxury brand.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate
- stock records across retail, e-commerce, and warehouse channels.
- Manage stock transfers, deliveries, and inventory movements, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support stock takes, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure stockroom standards are maintained to the highest level.
- Support replenishment processes and ensure product availability aligns with business needs.
- Monitor product ticketing, packaging supplies, and stock presentation standards.
- Coordinate order fulfilment across retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring orders are dispatched within agreed timelines.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Track and manage order allocation through internal systems.
- Support trunk shows, events, and client appointments through efficient stock coordination.
- Maintain accurate inventory and fulfilment records within Shopify and related systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for courier and shipping partners.
- Manage returns administration and shipping documentation.
- Support customs, export, and import documentation processes.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow across the business.
- Previous experience in stock control, logistics, retail operations, or warehouse administration.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and ideally Shopify
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across different teams.
- A genuine interest in luxury fashion and operational excellence.
