Stage Internship Purchasing & Logistics Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in an international environment and is available to work for a period of six months.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student/graduate looking for their first experience of working in an international environment. Purchasing or Logistics experience is not essential but highly desirable.
JOB SPECIFICATION \& KEY TASKS:
Purchase:
\- Daily email exchange and communication with purchasing team based in Asia.
\- Create and follow up purchasing orders on the SAGE system.
\- Liaise daily with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments, assisting the Manager in the preparation of reports.
\- Negotiate quotations with suppliers.
Logistics:
\- Logistics management (Incoterms, documents...) import/export.
\- Follow up quality control with purchasing team, suppliers and clients.
Fluent English is mandatory and the main working language, French is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office \& Outlook is essential.
Salary: 4\.5€ per hour
Other benefits: Navigo allowance (€55 per monthly) \& Lunch allowance.
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
