Stage - Data Office (Business & Data & Governance) - H/F

You will join the Data Office, a central team working closely with business teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Regions…) to ensure data is well governed, understandable, and effectively used for decision‑making.
This internship is ideal for a profile with a strong business mindset, interested in how data supports business processes and priorities.
Your Missions
Business \& Data Coordination
- Supporting business teams in understanding available data, KPIs, and dashboards
- Helping document business needs, use cases, and data definitions
- Assisting in the coordination and follow‑up of data requests and priorities
- Preparing business‑oriented materials (presentations, summaries, communications)
- Supporting data access management (follow‑up of access requests, documentation of rules, coordination with the right stakeholders)
- Contributing to data governance activities (roles, responsibilities, processes)
- Helping create, structure, and maintain a Data Office SharePoint:
- + Documentation and guidelines
+ Business references and FAQs
- Improving clarity and visibility of data topics for business users
- Supporting basic data analysis activities to help answer business questions
- Helping perform data checks and consistency reviews on reports and dashboards
- Participating in validation of data and KPIs with business stakeholders before or after releases
- Assisting in the analysis of data usage, trends, and user feedback to support continuous improvement
- Supporting Power BI users on functional questions (navigation, KPI understanding)
- Helping track usage, adoption, and satisfaction
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving data adoption and trust
- Student in Business, Management, or Information Systems, Data
- Strong interest in business processes, data analysis, and governance
- Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and structured information
- Curious about data and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Good communication skills, able to interact with non‑technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Organized, curious, proactive, and willing to learn
