Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high\-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the well\-being of patients and supporting their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition, reporting any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post\-discharge care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care decisions.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
- Proficient in medication administration techniques, ensuring accuracy and safety in all processes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising patient needs.

Pay: £27,825\.00\-£35,432\.00 per year
