Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.


• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.


• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition, reporting any changes to the medical team promptly.


• Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post\-discharge care.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.


• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care decisions.


• Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.


• Proficient in medication administration techniques, ensuring accuracy and safety in all processes.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising patient needs.

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: £27,825\.00\-£35,432\.00 per year
