Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Engineer to join our team in the Dagenham area. The successful candidate you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of materials handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment.


• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety compliance.


• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.


• Maintain accurate records of service activities.


• Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits.


• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in equipment repair or forklift maintenance.


• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.


• Good communication skills and a customer\-focused attitude.


• Relevant certifications in forklift operation or maintenance.
