Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Define and develop power semiconductors for automotive applications in the field of MOSFETs using simulation tools- Define, initiate and evaluate analysis in case of qualification failures or deviating product performance within development projects- Participate in and lead risk assessments and FMEAs- Lead innovation and pre-development projects
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in physics, ideally with a focus on semiconductor physics, or electrical engineering or a comparable course of study- At least 3-5 years of relevant technologically oriented professional experience- A profound technical understanding of power semiconductors- Sound knowledge in the development and manufacture of semiconductor products- An innovative and open mindset- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
