You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative Accounting & Finance team that partners with cross-functional teams as needed. As we continue to grow, the team plays a key role in building scalable processes while staying close to the day-to-day realities of the business.
<h2>The role:</h2>
This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas, contributing to the monthly close process and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, maintaining clean books, following processes, and developing a strong understanding of local accounting operations.
The position reports directly to the Sr. Accounting Manager and is a full-time role.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support the monthly close process for, meeting all reporting deadlines</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve variances.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support internal controls by ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives, as needed.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless close process</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support ad-hoc projects as needed</li>

<h3>Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Degree in Accounting or related field.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Advanced English skills</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Team player with a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">US GAAP knowledge is a plus</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience with NetSuite is a plus.</li>
