Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Offering Development \& Concept Support
- Support the evaluation, refinement, and development of new offering ideas through the concept and planning phases.
- Facilitate idea nurturing workshops and stakeholder discussions to assess business viability and market opportunity.
- Collaborate with Offering Managers to align development activities with strategic business goals and customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to offering development processes, governance frameworks, and stage\-gate requirements.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables across the offering lifecycle.
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning in partnership with Offering Managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, security, and operational requirements throughout development.
- Coordinate engagement across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Security, Operations, and other business functions to support successful offering development and launch readiness.
- Partner with Sales teams to support go\-to\-market readiness and enablement activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on launch planning, messaging, and promotional alignment.
- Facilitate effective communication and issue resolution between cross\-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of decisions, governance approvals, project updates, and development activities.
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support quality assurance and consistency across offering development initiatives.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
- Enable offering teams with the tools, information, and governance support required to make informed decisions.
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and process consistency across teams.
- Support post\-launch transition activities to operational teams and help drive ongoing offering enhancements based on feedback and performance insights.
- Services product management experience. Digital Workplace Solutions experience is desirable
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across cross\-functional business environments.
- Understanding of offering, product, or service development lifecycles.
- Strong governance, reporting, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting go\-to\-market, transformation, or operational initiatives is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or product/offering management are beneficial.
