Sr Manager/Associate Director - Analytics Consulting (Pharma & Life sciences)

We have an urgent requirement for an International Commercial Data \& Analytics SME/Lead role based out of the London (Paddington) office. This is a strategic business\-facing role, not a pure engineering/reporting position.

Responsibilities* We are looking for someone who can engage consultatively with International Commercial stakeholders and help shape the roadmap for commercial data, analytics, launch enablement, and AI\-driven use cases across EU/international markets.

• Work hands\-on with SQL for Analytical Requirement Document (ARD) design and development


• Apply data modelling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable analytics solutions


• Translate complex business requirements into clear, data\-driven analytical solutions


• Engage directly with clients, clearly articulating insights and recommendations


• Manage, mentor, and guide an offshore delivery team, ensuring timely and high\-quality execution

• 7–12 years of professional experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong pharma commercial analytics background


• International/EU market exposure, HCP targeting, segmentation, omnichannel, and market access understanding


• Ability to work with business \+ DTE/platform teams, Strategic mindset with hands\-on understanding of commercial data ecosystems. Someone who can help define roadmap/use cases, not just execute tasks.


• Specialty/Rare disease pharma exposure, familiarity with Snowflake and modern data platforms and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
