About Us
Sterling Spinal Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary clinic based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. We provide patient\-centred care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, joint pain, disc\-related conditions and rehabilitation.
Our team currently offers chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, sports therapy, IDD Therapy, shockwave therapy, cold laser therapy and rehabilitation. We are looking for a motivated Sports Therapist to join our team and support patients through hands\-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation and injury prevention.
The Role
We are looking for a professional, friendly and motivated Sports Therapist who enjoys working as part of a team and is confident treating a variety of MSK and sports injury presentations.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about helping patients move better, recover from injury and return to work, sport and daily activities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Assess and treat sports injuries and general musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide soft tissue therapy, sports massage and rehabilitation support
- Create clear, progressive exercise plans for patients
- Support patients with injury prevention, mobility, strength and return\-to\-activity goals
- Work collaboratively with chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists and other team members
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
- Communicate professionally with patients and the wider clinical team
- Contribute to a positive, patient\-centred clinic environment
- Take part in occasional clinic marketing, community events or internal education where appropriate
The ideal candidate will be:
- Qualified in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation or a related discipline
- Confident with hands\-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation
- Professional, reliable and well\-presented
- A strong communicator with good patient rapport
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team
- Motivated to grow clinically and professionally
- Open to learning and developing within a structured clinic environment
- Available for some evening and/or weekend shifts
- Relevant Sports Therapy / Sports Rehabilitation qualification
- Professional indemnity / malpractice insurance
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good written and verbal English
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Previous private clinic experience
- Experience with MSK rehabilitation
- Experience treating back, neck, shoulder, knee and sports\-related injuries
- Training in soft tissue therapy, IASTM, dry needling, taping or exercise prescription
- Interest in multidisciplinary care and patient education
- A supportive multidisciplinary clinic environment
