Who We Are
At Peacock Pain \& Injury Clinic, our mission is simple:
*To empower people to live stronger, longer, and pain\-free — so they can do what they love, for life.*
We're a close\-knit, values\-led team in Mold, and we're looking for a Sports Massage Therapist who wants more than just a diary of appointments — someone who builds real relationships with patients, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to grow with us.
This Role Is Especially Good For You If...
- You're newly qualified, or finishing your training, and want a clinic that will invest in you and help you build your career from day one
- You're a student physio, sports therapist or rehabilitator — already qualified in Sports Massage Level 3 — looking to build experience while you complete your degree
- You're an established therapist who wants flexible, self\-employed hours with a route into something more permanent
- You want to build a genuine caseload and long\-term patient relationships — not just fill a rota
- Delivering expert soft tissue and sports massage treatment to a warm, established patient base
- Building trusted, ongoing relationships with your patients — this is central to how we work
- Managing your own diary, notes and client care to a high standard
- Working alongside a supportive, collaborative clinical team (physios, sports therapists, rehabilitators and Pilates instructors)
- Representing our values through reliable, compassionate, effective care
- You're relationship\-first — patients remember how you make them feel, not just what you do
- You're reliable and follow through — you do what you say you'll do, every time
- You take ownership of your own caseload, diary and development
- You're coachable and hungry to develop clinically and professionally
- You want to be part of a clinic that's genuinely growing, and grow with it
Essential:
- Sports Massage Level 3 qualification — this is required for all applicants, including students. You may still be undergoing further training (e.g. a physio, sports therapy or rehabilitation degree) to progress into a wider clinical role
- Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. FHT, SMA), or working towards this
- Valid (or in\-progress) professional liability insurance
- Training in kinesiotaping, cupping therapy, hot stones or first aid
- Experience with a range of musculoskeletal conditions
We're not just treating pain — we're enabling possibility. You'll join a clinic that invests in your growth, values real patient relationships, and offers a genuine path from self\-employed to employed as we expand. We're at an exciting stage of growth as we expand what we can offer our patients and community — a great time to join and grow with us. Let's help people move freely, live fully, and thrive — together.
