OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY £30,000 LOCATION Mold, CH7 1JR HOURS Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

This role sits at the heart of that team. You will help customers feel looked after, keep jobs on track and connect engineers, sales, projects and operations. When the day gets busy, you will be one of the people who helps everything run smoothly.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE Keep customers informed, colleagues connected and the operation moving.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

*LOOK AFTER OUR CUSTOMERS*

  • Be a friendly, dependable point of contact by phone and email.

  • Keep customers updated on job bookings, changes, follow\-up work and service progress.

  • Follow up after service visits, gather feedback and help maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Handle questions and complaints calmly, professionally and with a solutions\-focused approach.
*KEEP THE TEAM CONNECTED*
  • Help schedule engineer appointments and track jobs through to completion.

  • Coordinate information between engineers, sales, projects and operations.

  • Monitor incoming and shared emails, making sure each message reaches the right person quickly.

  • Support colleagues and help the wider office stay organised, responsive and efficient.
*BRING ACCURACY TO THE DETAIL*
  • Process and check inspection reports and invoices accurately.

  • Keep job and customer information up to date in company databases and CRM systems.

  • Maintain spreadsheets, prepare reports and ensure recorded data is accurate using Excel.

  • Prepare documents, manage filing and support day\-to\-day data administration.

  • Help with office essentials, including supplies, stock levels and incoming calls.
