Sports Coach

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to inspire and develop athletes of various ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing training programmes, delivering engaging coaching sessions, and fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions tailored to the needs of participants across different age groups and abilities


• Develop customised training programmes to improve skills, fitness, and tactical understanding


• Motivate athletes to achieve their personal best while promoting sportsmanship and fair play


• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes to support their development


• Organise team practices, competitions, and events in accordance with organisational standards


• Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines


• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition, reporting any issues promptly


• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of sport

Experience

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a recognised organisation or community setting


• Strong understanding of the rules, techniques, and strategies relevant to the sport(s) coached


• Ability to communicate effectively with athletes of all ages and backgrounds


• Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals and teams towards achieving their goals


• Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to undertake training

Pay: £120\.00\-£150\.00 per day
