Sports coach Football Academy manager

It starts at 13 hours. Where it goes is up to you.

Sportivos is looking for an experienced, driven football coach to take over an established area and grow it.

This isn’t a job for someone who wants to clock in and clock out. It’s for someone who sees a timetable of 13 coaching hours per week and asks: *how quickly can I double this?*

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering weekend football sessions to children aged 18 months–11 years across existing venues/schools in Kendal, Lancaster, Morecambe area


• Delivering a School Sports \+ After School Programme


• Weekend Birthday Parties


• Growing participation numbers and opening new venues in the area


• Delivering birthday parties, and after\-school clubs


• Taking Sportivos into local primary schools and nurseries. Delivering Football, Multi Sports, Archery, PE and Count on Sport — proven additional income streams already built and ready to deliver

• Immediate earning from an established, active customer base

You are an experienced and qualified football coach — Sports graduate — Teacher, who genuinely loves developing young people and knows how to connect with families.

You are ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit with a get up and go attitude.

Someone who sees a half\-full timetable as an opportunity to grow a career in football and coaching, not limitation.

Are you a self\-starter. who doesn't need to be micro managing,

Can you show initiative and find new opportunities ?

You understand that in grassroots children’s sport, retention is everything. You show up, you build relationships, and families stay for years — not sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years coaching experience (children’s football or multi\-sport)


• Experience dealing with professionals like head teachers


• FA coaching qualifications, Professional qualifications or Sports/teaching degree


• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply immediately)


• Full driving licence


• Genuine ambition to grow the role into a career, not just fill it
