We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)</strong> to join our growing team on a <strong>per diem basis</strong> supporting adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County, NJ.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will:</p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Provide in-home speech therapy evaluations and treatments for adult and geriatric clients</li>
<li>Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders</li>
<li>Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams</li>
<li>Modify care plans as patient needs evolve</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members</li>
<li>Complete timely electronic documentation using a tablet-based EMR system</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license required</li>
<li>Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred</li>
<li>Home health experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with electronic documentation/EMR systems</li>
