Job summary

We are seeking to recruit for a Specialty Administrator who has a passion for high quality customer care to work within the Head and Neck Services.
You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the current admin team and clinicians. We are looking for someone who can use their own initiative, work well with other people, be able to work on their own as well as being able to approach others for support. The right candidate will have excellent IT and typing skills.

Main duties, tasks \& skills required

To provide a complete administration service to specialty teams (including Outpatient and Reception duties if appropriate to specialty). To organise own workload and work closely with the Administrative Team Leader. To work within the Trust values and core standards to always maintain an excellent patient experience.
