Specialist Talent Acquisition & HR (Fixed-Term Contract)
Job Purpose
The Specialist Talent Acquisition \& HR is responsible for managing recruitment activities and supporting HR operational processes to advance MoonLake’s HR strategy and growth objectives during a key period.
Major Accountabilities* Talent Acquisition Delivery: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation, in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Recruitment Data \& Systems: Keep recruitment records and dashboards updated in the HRIS/ATS, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting needs.
- External Partner Coordination: Liaise with recruitment agencies and job boards to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- HR Operations Support: Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, and other lifecycle events, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
- HR Administration: Support the organisation of HR\-related meetings, training sessions, and internal initiatives.
Your profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- At least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ideally within life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
- Experience working in Europe and/or the US, with familiarity of local employment practices in these regions preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the Porto office.
