<p>BAYADA is hiring part-time Special Needs Caregivers in York and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and mentor, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;">What You’ll Do as a Special Needs Caregiver:</span></h2>

<li>Support participation in community activities</li>
<li>Empower clients to live independently and reach their full potential</li>
<li>Assist with personal care (dressing, grooming)</li>
<li>Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities</li>
<li>Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful companionship</li>
</ul>

<li>Pay starting at $18-19/hour</li>
<li>Weekly pay</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent (18+)</li>
<li>One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities<br><em>(Training may be available through our apprentice program if you don’t have experience)</em></li>
<li>Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities</li>
