We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and commercially driven Spa Treatment \& Wellbeing Manager to lead the treatment and holistic wellness teams within one of Glasgow’s most exciting new wellness environments.

About the Role
As Spa Treatment \& Wellbeing Manager, you will oversee all treatment operations, therapist performance, wellbeing programming, and guest wellness experiences.
You will lead and inspire a high\-performing therapy team while ensuring exceptional treatment standards, operational efficiency, and memorable guest journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the spa therapy and wellbeing team through hands\-on leadership and coaching
- Oversee treatment operations, therapist scheduling, and daily wellbeing experiences
- Maintain exceptional treatment standards, SOPs, and guest care protocols
- Conduct therapist training, mentoring, and performance development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of therapists and wellness practitioners
- Ensure treatment areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and operational readiness
- Manage treatment stock, retail products, ordering, and inventory controls
- Support achievement of spa KPI targets and commercial performance
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams on wellness activations and guest programming
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest feedback professionally
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and wellbeing\-focused team culture
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within a senior spa or treatment management role
- Strong background in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality operations
- Qualified Spa Therapist with advanced technical or holistic treatment knowledge
- Proven experience managing and developing therapy teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of spa KPI performance
- Passion for wellbeing, innovation, and guest experience excellence
- Positive, professional, and hands\-on leadership style
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
