Sous Chef - Daytime Hours
BEAR serves speciality coffee, fresh food, cocktails and craft beer in beautifully thought out spaces.
We’re a young and ambitious company, looking to recruit chefs of all levels who are passionate about food. As a chef, you will take charge of the usual responsibilities on a day\-to\-day basis, being a part of a team working in\-line with our brand expectations and supporting the store to meet targets. In addition to this, there is also an important emphasis on engaging with our customers and helping to develop our team.

Who are we looking for?
- A calm and organised chef who is capable of working on their own or as part of a team
- An experienced and well\-trained catering professional, who understands that a store with flawless food hygiene standards and organisational systems will produce better food, better drinks, better customer service and better profits
- The ideal candidate will have a mixture of branded and independent experience, with a proven track record as a Chef
- A knowledgeable Chef who takes pride in producing great quality products and will work with their Head Chef and Store Manager to ensure consistently high standards by adhering to the company specifications and procedures

Pay: £13\.50\-£14\.25 per hour
