Sourcing Manager - Electronic Beauty & Medical Device, Augmented Beauty Operations

The ABO team is seeking a Sourcing Manager \- Electronic Beauty \& Medical Device based in our Clichy, France (RIO building) office.
A Day in the Life:
Reporting directly to our Augmented Beauty Operations Sourcing Director, you will manage end\-to\-end category and business sourcing for electronic beauty and medical devices WW for 4 divisions to fuel our innovation scale\-up.
- Sourcing Strategy \& Scouting: Design supplier portfolio and contribute to scout electronic beauty device partners (EMS, ODM, JDM) to bring innovation to the business and the internal augmented beauty ecosystem.
- Project Delivery \& Performance: Lead RFQ process, cost\-modeling, negotiations and contract management cross the innovation, development, industrialization and run phases and delivery sourcing performance to meet the project quality, cost and schedule requirements with the stakeholders.
- Supplier \& Risk Management: Steer supplier performance across our 5 pillars (Competitiveness, Innovation, CSR, Quality, Service). Implement L'Oréal’s 11\-pillar risk framework and project risk management.
- Process Compliance and Sustainability: Respect and implement l’Oréal Group Compliance in the augmented beauty sourcing activities , contribute and deploy our sustainable sourcing strategy and human right protection.
- Direct Sourcing Expertise: Strong experience in consumer electronics, electronic devices and similar industry sourcing.
- Project \& Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, cost structuring, and cross\-functional team alignment.
- Relationship Building: You cultivate long\-term, collaborative partnerships to foster innovations and technologies.
- Digital \& AI Agility: Data\-driven mindset to leverage AI and digital tools for value creation and efficiency.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English
