The purpose of this role is to move our prospects from being a qualified lead through to a completed sales and handover to our projects team. There will also be times when you may also need to find and nurture new prospect relationships from first contact.

The ability and knowledge to understand and consult around business processes, transformation \& software solutions through to recommending propositions which are suitable to business needs, growth plans and requirements.

Ideally you will be handed qualified opportunities from the Business Development team and will be able to drive the sales journey through to completion, this will be done with consultative mindset and look to ensure that the solution is matched the identified customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicate effectively with prospects of all levels based on engagement with marketing campaigns or topical content to understand their current challenges and future goals to recommend a suitable solution or service with itas.

· Customer Focus, being able to anticipate prospect needs and provides services that are beyond their expectations whilst using insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings and marketing campaigns.

· Resilience, ability to stay focused and maintain a positive attitude and forward\-thinking approach.

· Drives results, you pursue everything with energy, drive, momentum and the need to finish. Always keeps the end in sight; puts in extra effort to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

· Action Orientated, quickly act in fast changing, competitive and unpredictable situations. Shows a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; is exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.

· Able to hold BANT qualification calls to easily identify suitable services or solutions for businesses of all sizes.

· Consultative approach, being curious about needs and wants, ability to quickly understand and delve deeper to be able to make real changes for the better.

Skills \& Knowledge

· Experience working in the SaaS or NFP background

· Excellent probing and listening skills, to uncover the prospect’s "pain".

· Proven track record in a similar role and business.

· Able to work off own initiative and hit the ground running.

· Organized, methodical and able to simultaneously work on multiple tasks.

· Ability to work towards targets and goals.

· Actively engage on social media and create content regularly.

· Comfortable, and experience of, being on video and audio for outreach and educational purposes.

· Experience of using Sage products and add\-ons.

· High levels of tenacity \& determination.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
