The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting customers and closing deals without the hassle of generating their own leads.
We qualify the leads and book your appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best – building relationships, carrying out consultations and converting opportunities into sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Attend pre\-qualified customer appointments.
- Conduct professional in\-home consultations.
- Assess customer energy requirements and recommend suitable Solar PV systems.
- Explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
- Prepare and present quotations.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Essential:
- Proven sales experience with a strong closing ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self\-motivated with a results\-driven attitude.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in Solar PV, renewables, home improvements, construction or technical sales.
- Knowledge of SEAI grants and renewable energy products.
- Competitive basic salary.
