⚡We're on a mission to transform the way homes in Liverpool and beyond power their lives. To help drive this growth, we're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and play a key role in launching our solar and battery offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for driving sales growth through a mix of warm appointments (70%) and cold generation (30%). This involves building strong relationships with customers and partners, and working closely with our expert team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Consultations: Conduct consultations to assess customer energy needs and explain solar products and benefits.
- Customized Solutions: Design tailored solar systems using company tools and present proposals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Follow\-up: Maintain strong client relationships for future sales opportunities.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on renewable energy trends, regulations, and incentives.
- 2\+ years proven experience in sales (solar or renewable energy preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
- A self\-starter who's motivated to succeed
- Comfortability working in a fast\-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel regionally as required

Location: field based with an office base in Speke, Liverpool
A basic DBS, covered by us, will be required before your start date.
