Your Career

Join MHR as a Software Engineer and help build the next generation of cloud\-based HR and payroll software. Working with modern Microsoft technologies including C\#, .NET, Azure, TypeScript and Angular, you'll develop solutions used by thousands of organisations and millions of employees across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for a mid\-level engineer looking to deepen their expertise in modern software engineering while working in a collaborative, product\-led environment.

Your Team

You'll join a cross\-functional Scrum team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers and Test Engineers, all focused on delivering high\-quality products that solve real customer problems. Our teams value collaboration, continuous learning and shared ownership, giving you the support and freedom to do your best work.

Your Impact

You'll play a key role in designing, building and enhancing modern SaaS applications. From developing scalable .NET services and APIs to creating intuitive Angular user experiences, your work will directly shape products relied upon every day by our customers. You'll also have the opportunity to use AI\-powered development tools and contribute to innovative, AI\-enabled solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Build and enhance applications using C\#, .NET and Azure


• Develop modern web experiences with TypeScript and Angular


• Design and consume REST APIs


• Collaborate with Product, UX and Engineering teams to deliver new features


• Write clean, maintainable and well\-tested code


• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Commercial experience with C\# and .NET


• Experience with Angular and TypeScript, or a similar modern front\-end framework


• Knowledge of REST APIs and modern web development practices


• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms


• Experience working within Agile development teams


• Interest and experience in AI\-assisted software development and modern engineering practices
