Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You’ll be the heartbeat of the team, making sure everyone feels right at home, can be themselves and do their best work (extra kudos if you bring the biscuits!). You’ll lead from the front, whether it’s pair programming, mobbing or just rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. Setting a clear technical direction is your thing, but you never forget to keep things lively. You’ll coach your team to take ownership, make decisions and celebrate every win \- big or small. Collaboration is your superpower, so you’ll work closely with other teams to make sure we’re all winning together. Supporting your engineers’ growth is a top priority, from helping them develop their careers to finding their next big challenge.
