Job Opportunity: Supervisor at Trespass in Bolton (New Store Opening)
Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for leadership? Trespass, a renowned outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, is opening a brand new store in Bolton and is seeking a dedicated and capable Supervisor to join the team.
Contracted Hours – 16 hours per week, up to 24 hours available
Full flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday–Sunday, is essential.
Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our management structure, providing essential support to both staff and upper management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sales and Profit: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance sales performance and overall profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by assisting shoppers and addressing their needs.
- Merchandising: Contribute to effective product displays and visual merchandising.
- Stock Control: Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels and inventory organisation.
- Store Setup: Help set up the store for maximum business efficiency, being part of the team from opening day.
- Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably at a management level.
- Merchandising Skills: Familiarity with effective merchandising practices.
- Team Player: Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and business demands.
