- Define clients’ project goals, scope, timelines and resource needs.
- Track progress, assign tasks, manage budget and ensure quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Act as link between client, developers and business stakeholders.

- Keep the client updated.
- Chase the client for responses to ticket updates on Zendesk.
- Chase the client for assets for projects.
- Have meetings/calls with clients to discuss Zendesk bug issues in greater detail. And then raise with the team to enable them to continue their investigations.
- Discuss/present new feature requests.
- Check development effort and confirm with the client to ensure approval.
- Reviewing functionality during development with the client.
- Ensuring new requirements from meetings with the client are being raised with the development team.
- Manage project initiation/ideation meetings with clients.
- Respond to clients queries and action client requests.
- Manage demo’s throughout development to ensure requirements are met.
- Facilitate post\-story huddles with Developers and Testers to review development.
- Assist with Member Portal \& Admin Portal deployment.
- Assist with Member Portal \& Admin Portal deployments.
- Handle requirement scoping.
- Present new redesign ideas to the client.
- Write Jira tickets to accommodate new design ideas.
- Test project platforms and raise issues with testers and Jira tickets, as necessary.
- Raise High, Urgent \& Critical priority issues with the team as appropriate.
- Reach out to suppliers regarding issues raised by clients.
- Create sprints for development tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Create personal project tracker spreadsheets to estimate length of projects.
- Attend morning standup with the team and run some as appropriate.
- Review teams workload.
- Have pre\-story huddles with developers before development starts.
- Coordinate the teams calls that are highlighted in the standups and join when necessary.
- Create Admin accounts as per the clients request, testing that the account works, and inform users and clients accordingly.
- Action, update and close Zendesk tickets.
- Prepare business analytics as required.

- Computer Science Degree (desirable)
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and project management fundamentals.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with project management tasks and methodologies.
- Experience in IT environments, understanding of software development and implementation, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades or roll outs.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
