Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Software is becoming a key part of our hardware business, requiring clear visibility and data\-driven insights across the entire customer journey. You will be part of the Software Business Enablement team within the Software Transformation organization, defining how software performance is measured and translating data into actionable insights, supporting decision\-making across the organization and improving how software\-enabled offerings scale.
- Define KPIs and performance frameworks to measure the impact of software\-enabled business initiatives
- Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support operational and management steering
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations for business and SWBE teams
- Enable fact‑based prioritization and tracking of outcomes across initiatives
- Define standard KPI and reporting models to ensure consistency and transparency
- Identify data gaps, quality issues, and risks, and improve data reliability and visibility
- Collaborate with SWBE and business stakeholders to ensure analytics aligns with business priorities and decision needs
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for an analytical and business‑oriented professional with a strong data mindset and the ability to work across functions. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with a pragmatic approach to translate data into insights, outcomes, and clear direction for scalable software business models.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3\-5 years of professional experience in business analytics, performance management, and data‑driven enablement roles
- Experience defining and analyzing KPIs, performance frameworks, and reporting models
- Experience building dashboards and working with data visualization tools
- Solid analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage
