Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
- Manage content creation and optimise website content using SEO best practices on platforms such as WordPress.
- Oversee social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
- Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimise ad spend, and improve ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities within B2B marketing sectors.
- Create compelling copy for advertisements, blogs, newsletters, and other digital content aligned with brand voice.
- Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Analyse campaign data to generate insights that inform future marketing strategies and optimise ongoing efforts.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using various tools to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Lead initiatives in B2B marketing efforts, fostering strong relationships with partners and clients through targeted outreach.
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, social media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for content creation alongside WordPress website management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with experience in project management and team coordination.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights using analysis skills to inform decision\-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and organisational tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail in content development tailored for B2B audiences.
