Social Media Marketing Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media \& Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team across our portfolio of holiday parks \& farm attractions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends and supporting a busy marketing department. The successful candidate will help bring our parks to life online through compelling content, photography, video, design and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
\- Assist in planning, creating and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
\- Create engaging social media posts, stories and short\-form video content.
\- Capture photography and video content across our holiday parks.
\- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
\- Monitor social media channels and support community engagement.
\- Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries where appropriate.
\- Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and content opportunities.
\- Support the delivery of social media campaigns, competitions and promotions.
Content Creation \& Design
\- Design graphics, promotional materials and digital assets using Canva.
\- Support with general design requests across the business.
\- Assist with email marketing content and campaign creation.
\- Ensure all marketing materials remain consistent with brand guidelines.
Marketing Support
\- Assist with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
\- Support event marketing and park activities.
\- Help maintain image and video libraries.
\- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
\- Support reporting on campaign and social media performance.
Skills \& Experience
Essential
\- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
\- Confident using Canva for graphic design.
\- Experience editing video content using CapCut or similar software.
\- Excellent written communication skills.
\- Good eye for design, photography and visual storytelling.
\- Organised with strong attention to detail.
\- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
\- A proactive and positive attitude.
Desirable
\- Previous experience in a marketing or social media role.
\- Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
\- Basic photography and videography skills.
\- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
\- Experience working within leisure, tourism, hospitality or holiday parks.

Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.00 per hour
