About the Role

We're a fast\-growing UK brand looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media \& Marketing Assistant to join our team in Warrington. This is a flexible, part\-time role, ideal for someone looking to fit work around family commitments, with real potential to grow into a permanent position as the business expands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing our Facebook and Instagram communities


• Scheduling and publishing posts via Meta Business Suite


• Responding to comments, messages and reviews


• Researching influencer, ambassador and brand partnership opportunities


• Supporting exhibitions, events and marketing campaigns


• Assisting with basic website updates and email marketing


• Providing general marketing administration and business support


• Creating engaging content including graphics, captions and Reels


• Designing visuals using Canva or similar tools

What We're Looking For

The following are non\-negotiable requirements. Please do not apply if you do not meet all three:

• You must live in Warrington or within a 5\-mile radius


• You must have hands\-on experience managing business Facebook accounts in a professional capacity


• You must be confident and familiar with Meta Business Suite

Plus:

• Strong customer service and community engagement skills


• Proficiency in Canva or similar design software


• Experience creating short\-form video content (Reels, TikToks)


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• A creative mindset with the confidence to work independently

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

CapCut, Shopify, LinkedIn, TikTok, photography or videography, basic SEO, email marketing

Please note: This role requires regular commuting to our Warrington office a min 2\-3 days a week. Applications from outside the 5\-mile radius will not be considered.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£28,600\.00 per year
