Job Title: Social Media Marketing Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £25,100 per annum with an OTE of £26,000
Location: Head Office, Nantwich (Stapeley) Full\-time office\-based

You will work closely with the marketing team and Marketing Managers to execute campaigns, analyse data and optimise strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Assist in the creation and editing of video content
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages promptly
- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting email lists
- Respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, Google reviews and other platforms
- Prepare monthly reports on social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Assist with any general marketing or brand related events as requested
- Create and publish blog posts for the main website and individual stores
- Along with the rest of the marketing team, support individual stores by assisting with marketing materials and other offline or online activities.
- Visit some stores at least once a year
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable
- 1\-2 years of hands\-on experience in a social media role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a keen eagerness to learn and develop in the field
