The Role.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with at least 3 years experience in a similar agency or multi channel management role to join us; a creative thinker with a passion for social \& content, and the ability to bring their expertise into the strategy, planning and implementation of highly engaging campaigns.
They will oversee multiple organic social campaigns for music clients, working alongside our Director of Social and team to drive growth for our clients.
Main Responsibilities.
Creating, developing and implementing innovative social strategies and campaigns.
Building and managing multiple content calendars, planning and sharing output, and ensuring briefs and deadlines are met to an exceptional standard.
Capturing and curating highly engaging content, channel optimised and focussed on meeting objectives.
Writing highly engaging copy in a range of tones and styles.
Working with our Designers to ensure any designed content is on brand and meets objectives.
Analysing output and providing insightful reports and communicating the results.
Regular comms with clients to update, troubleshoot, measure success, refine plans and present new ideas.
Researching and implementing new platforms and tools to drive innovation.

Creative writer with the ability to create succinct and powerful stories with their copy.
The ability to analyse and identify trends from data.
Strong communicator who is able to articulate ideas and learnings and adapt to a range of audiences.
Meticulous in their approach and always striving for perfection in their work.
Multi\-tasking master with strong time management and organisation skills.
Bonus points for:
Experience in music, festival or event marketing.
Keen eye for design and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
