Job Title: Social Media Management / Marketing

Location: Working from our home office in Dublin 4, Ireland with the opportunity to also work remotely.

Availability: For Example \- 2 – 3 x ½ days per week in our home office.

About the Business: We are a Dublin\-based, boutique property development and investment company.
Role Overview:

Social Media Management with a particular focus on Instagram and Linked\-In. You ideally have experience working within the property industry (or similar) or at least have a strong understanding of it. You will be responsible for creating content, optimizing posts to help deliver the Company Vision and the associated marketing plan. You will need to have a friendly, outgoing personality with amazing people skills and be happy to muck in and use your own initiative across a diverse range of activities. This is a perfect role for someone who has industry experience and is happy with mostly working from a home office environment or similar and would like a varied role which is both interesting and challenging and more than just your typical Social Media Management.

Social Media Manager Duties

  • Creating Content for Linked\-In and Instagram

  • Arranging and supervising online ad campaigns e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads

  • Posting to Instagram, Linked\-In and other social networks

  • Organising miscellaneous marketing activities, events.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • *Essential:* Media editing and design skills

  • *Essential:* Computer \& Web literacy e.g. Excel, MS Word, Online Tools \& Software etc

  • *Essential:* Outgoing, personable communicator, excellent phone skills etc

  • *Essential:* Highly Organized, Professional, Excellent Time Manager

  • *Essential:* Posting to Instagram and other Social Media

  • *Desirable:* Background in sales, marketing or PR

  • *Desirable:* Background in property investment/development
Remuneration: A fixed daily/weekly rate will be agreed between us based on the number of hours work undertaken and deliverables met.

Key metrics monitored and tracked

These will be agreed between the successful candidate and the hiring manager.
