Our services include airport transfer coordination, student moving support, university arrival assistance, local travel arrangements and practical support for students settling into life in the UK.As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and promote our services to international students through both Chinese and international social media platforms.Job OverviewThe Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and developing the company’s social media presence, with a particular focus on Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili, TikTok and WeChat Official Account. The role will focus on content planning, audience engagement, campaign management and performance analysis to increase brand awareness and support customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies across Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili, TikTok and WeChat Official Account to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.Plan, create and publish engaging content, including short\-form videos, images, articles, promotional posts and student\-focused information tailored to each platform.Manage the company’s social media accounts, content calendars and publishing schedules while maintaining a consistent brand image and tone of voice.Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement and platform trends, and identify opportunities to improve customer interaction and brand visibility.Analyse campaign performance, follower growth, website traffic and customer engagement, and prepare regular performance reports for management.Research international student trends, competitor activity and emerging social media formats to support marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related subject.Good understanding of Chinese and international social media platforms, particularly Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili, TikTok and WeChat Official Account.Strong content planning, copywriting and communication skills.Experience in short\-form video, social media content or digital marketing is preferred.
