Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage daily content creation, including writing posts, designing visuals, and scheduling updates across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to foster community interaction and maintain a positive brand image.
- Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness; generate reports to inform future strategies and optimize content.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams—including marketing, PR, and creative—to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices; implement innovative tactics to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
- Coordinate with public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation through strategic storytelling and influencer partnerships.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and experience in managing online reputation is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data insights from social platforms to inform content strategy and improve engagement metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20\.0 per week
