Social Media Manager & Content Creator

\*\*We're Hiring: Content Creator \& Social Media Manager — Multiple Brands

Fancy a role where no two days look the same? We're after a Content Creator \& Social Media Manager to work across three growing businesses: Shift Serve (SaaS for hot food takeaway operators), Bolton Eats (local food delivery), and HaHa Fashion Inc (apparel manufacturing and sourcing).

\*\*What you'll be doing:\*\*

Filming and editing short\-form video for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook across all three brands

Owning the socials day\-to\-day — posting schedules, captions, stories, community replies, the lot

Spotting trends early and working out how to make them work for each brand

Writing hooks that stop the scroll in the first second

Capturing real footage on\-site — takeaway kitchens, delivery drivers, fashion sourcing and product shots

Directing actors for scripted content where real footage isn't an option

Adapting tone and style per brand — direct and workmate energy for Shift Serve, local and community\-led for Bolton Eats, sharp and visual for HaHa Fashion

Keeping an eye on analytics and using them to shape what gets made next

Turning product features and behind\-the\-scenes moments into content people actually stop scrolling for

\*\*What we're after:\*\*

\- Someone who lives on TikTok/Instagram and knows what's trending before it's everywhere

\- Sharp at writing hooks and identifying angles that'll actually perform

\- Someone who can shoot and edit end\-to\-end, no hand\-holding needed

\- Comfortable switching between very different brand voices and industries

\- Confident on\-site across kitchens, delivery ops and fashion/product settings

\- Happy working with actors when a scripted approach suits the content better

\- Bonus if you've got experience across SaaS, hospitality, food or fashion content

Room to grow: As things scale, you'll be pivotal in helping us bring on an assistant to support the role — so there's real potential to grow into a lead position rather than just fill a seat.

\*\*Pay:\*\* upto £13\-£17 per hour

\*\*Location:\*\* Lancaster (with some travel to Bolton)
