• Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.


• Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or issues professionally and effectively.


• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep strategies innovative and relevant.


• Organise social media campaigns for product launches, events, or promotional activities.

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in online communication.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.


• Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.


• Experience in creating visual content or working closely with graphic designers is advantageous.
