Part\-Time Junior Account Executive – Social Media

Location: Monmouth, NP25 (in\-office, with hybrid working potential after training)
Salary: £15\.8K
Hours: 24 hours per week (potential to go full\-time)

So. Social Media is on the lookout for a Part\-Time Junior Account Executive to join our growing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work across a variety of exciting brands, managing your own client list and helping businesses grow through creative, consistent social media content.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident using a wide range of platforms, creative with content (especially video), and has excellent people skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage social media accounts across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Business Profile

  • Use Canva and/or Photoshop to create engaging, on\-brand visuals

  • Create and edit short\-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)

  • Schedule and post content, keeping everything on\-brand and on time

  • Liaise directly with clients – you'll be their dedicated account executive

  • Monitor trends and platform updates, adapting strategies accordingly

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and collaborate with the wider team

  • Support administrative tasks including writing proposals, responding to emails, and assisting with day\-to\-day communications

  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including sending onboarding materials and ensuring a smooth start to their services
Skills \& Requirements:
  • Confident using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and platform insights

  • Proficient in Canva; Photoshop experience is a bonus

  • Comfortable filming, editing, and creating video content for social media

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or client account management

  • Experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design

  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
