Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.


• Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments and messages, responding where appropriate to foster community interaction.


• Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.


• Conduct research on current trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content strategies.


• Help organise online events or promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.


• Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant course such as marketing, communications or digital media.


• Strong interest in public relations and social media management.


• Knowledge within the aesthetics industry preffered, not essential


• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.


• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools.


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.


• A proactive attitude with willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving digital trends.


• Previous experience or knowledge of analytics tools is a plus but not essential. This role provides valuable industry experience within a supportive environment, offering insight into the strategic use of social media for brand growth and engagement.
