Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity to join the Experience Operations team, supporting the delivery of RICS’ social media and community engagement activity.
Working closely with the Channels Operations Manager and the rest of the social media team, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across social media channels and the MyRICS community platform.
You will support the creation of engaging content, the delivery of campaigns, and the day\-to\-day management of our channels, helping to ensure a consistent and compelling tone of voice.
This role is central to enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering value to our global member network.
As a Social and Community Executive, you will:
- Schedule and publish content across RICS social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Instagram, YouTube and the MyRICS community platform.
- Support the planning and delivery of social media campaigns aligned to organisational priorities, events and initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and coordinate engaging audience focused content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, queries and conversations in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyse and report on performance across social media and community channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with RICS brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support the ongoing engagement of member communities, ensuring discussions are active, relevant and valuable.
- Facilitate online discussions and support the day\-to\-day management of the MyRICS community platform.
- Gather feedback and insights to inform future content and channel development.
- Promote events, training, campaigns and membership benefits across social channels.
About You You are a creative and digitally minded professional with experience delivering engaging social media content within an established brand. You enjoy working collaboratively and are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
You’re passionate about building meaningful engagement, fostering online communities, and using data and insights to continuously improve performance.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in social media delivery, including content creation and campaign execution.
- Experience using social media management tools to schedule and publish content (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to measure performance and inform improvements.
- Experience engaging and growing online audiences for an established bran.d
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
