About Us
LPG CLINICS Wholesale is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Content Creator \& Social Media Executive to join our growing team in Shepley.
This is an exciting in\-house role managing content across multiple businesses, brands and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be confident creating high\-quality visuals, planning engaging content, managing social pages and reviewing performance insights to help grow our online presence.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating, scheduling and managing content across a range of social media platforms. This role requires someone with strong creative flair, excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce premium, on\-brand graphics and content that reflects the quality of our businesses.
You will work closely with the team to develop content plans, generate new ideas, manage social media activity and review monthly insights to help improve engagement, reach and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content for multiple businesses and brands
- Design high\-end graphics, visuals, reels, stories and posts
- Schedule content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and others where required
- Manage day\-to\-day social media pages, including posting, captions and engagement
- Develop monthly content plans and campaign ideas
- Capture and edit content in\-house, including photos and short\-form videos
- Ensure all content is consistent with each brand’s tone, style and visual identity
- Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
- Review monthly insights, analytics and performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and audience growth
- Support wider marketing activity where required
The successful candidate will be creative, motivated and confident working across multiple brands at once. You will have a strong eye for design, understand what makes content perform well and be comfortable managing social media platforms from planning through to posting and reporting.
Essential Skills \& Experience
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create polished, premium visuals
- Confident using design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar
- Experience scheduling content across social media platforms
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Ability to create content plans and generate creative campaign ideas
- Experience reviewing social media insights and analytics
- Excellent written communication and caption\-writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Creative, proactive and confident bringing new ideas to the table
- Photography and video editing experience
- Experience creating reels, TikToks and short\-form video content
- Experience working within beauty, aesthetics, wellness, wholesale or retail sectors
- Knowledge of email marketing or wider digital marketing
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising
- A creative in\-house role within a growing business
