The Role

As our Social Media \& Content Creator, you will play a key role in bringing the Infinity brand to life across our digital platforms.

Working closely with our dentists, treatment coordinators, laboratory team and management, you will create engaging content that captures the patient journey, showcases exceptional clinical outcomes and highlights the people, technology and expertise that make Infinity unique.

From filming smile transformations and behind\-the\-scenes content to planning campaigns and analysing performance, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our social media presence and make a genuine impact on the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and patient engagement


• Create, film, edit and publish high\-quality content across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms


• Capture authentic content within our Leeds and Harrogate clinics, including patient journeys, team features, behind\-the\-scenes footage and treatment highlights


• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic posting


• Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the Infinity brand and values


• Monitor social media channels and engage appropriately with followers and enquiries


• Support marketing campaigns, open days, educational events and practice promotions


• Work alongside our clinical and laboratory teams to showcase the advanced treatments and technology available within the practice


• Monitor social media performance and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for growth


• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates and content opportunities


• Ensure all content remains professional, compliant and aligned with healthcare marketing regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing


• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and emerging social platforms


• Photography, videography and content editing skills


• Experience using editing software and content creation tools


• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail


• A creative mindset with a strong eye for branding, storytelling and aesthetics


• Confident working independently whilst also collaborating closely with a wider team


• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously


• Comfortable working within a professional clinical environment

Previous experience within dentistry, healthcare, aesthetics or luxury service industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
