About Us

We are an ambitious and fast\-growing e\-commerce business who currently specialise in nail products for the professional nail technician and we are launching an exciting new product line . We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media to help take our new venture to the next level.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in building a brand from the ground up, this brand is going to have a very different tone and aesthetic to our current brand and we are excited to see what the right candidate can help us create.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, creative and confident Social Media Executive who understands what makes people stop scrolling.

Your primary focus will be managing our TikTok presence, including planning and running multiple TikTok LIVE sessions every week, creating engaging short\-form content, and ensuring our social channels remain active, consistent and commercially focused. Running a TikTok channel isnt just about presenting and creating short form videos, there is also a lot to get to grips with with the seller centre and console, which you will also be responsible for.

You'll also play a large part in assisitng to grow a new Instagram channel, helping build an engaged community through creative, entertaining and educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage multiple TikTok LIVE events each week.


• Running the seller centre (product listings, flash deals, dealing with customer issues such as refund requests and missing parcel, liasing with TikTok over issues)


• Present or host TikTok LIVE sessions.


• Coordinate products, promotions and schedules for live shopping events.


• Create engaging short\-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.


• Plan and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.


• Film, edit and publish high\-quality social content.


• Identify and react quickly to emerging trends, sounds and viral content.


• Work alongside our marketing team to launch new products and campaigns.


• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.


• Engage with our online community through comments, messages and interactions.


• Help organise influencer collaborations and user\-generated content.


• Ensure all social channels remain fresh, engaging and on\-brand.

What We're Looking For

Ideally you'll have:

• Experience growing TikTok or Instagram accounts.


• Confidence speaking on camera.


• Experience hosting livestreams (preferred but not essential).


• Excellent understanding of TikTok trends and algorithms.


• Strong organisational skills.


• Good photography and videography skills.


• Experience editing short\-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.


• A creative mindset with plenty of ideas.


• Excellent written English.


• Confidence working in a fast\-paced environment.


• Canva experience


• A genuine interest in the beauty industry

Bonus Points

• Experience with TikTok Shop.


• Experience working with influencers or creators.


• Experience in e\-commerce or retail brands.
