Social Media Coordinator
Are you the type of person who is always sending TikToks to friends, spotting trends before everyone else, and instinctively knows what makes content stop the scroll?
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brands to life online.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We want someone who lives and breathes social media, has a strong eye for content, loves creating, and is excited by the idea of helping shape how fast\-growing brands show up online.
A big part of this role is regularly appearing on camera and being a visible face of our brands across social media content, so we’re looking for someone naturally confident, creative, and excited by the idea of building brands online.
About the Brands
You’ll be working across Bar1 Brands, helping grow consumer brands including YuBi Bar, one of the UK’s fastest\-growing protein bar brands, and Jade \& Joy, a growing wellness brand with exciting plans ahead.
Social media sits at the heart of how we grow our brands, from trend\-led content and creator partnerships to community building and brand storytelling.

This is a hands\-on, creator\-focused role where no two days are the same.
You’ll coordinate our social channels while planning, creating, and delivering engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn and more. You’ll help us consistently show up online in a way that feels relevant, authentic, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content across social channels
- Capture and create video content for social media and wider marketing activity
- Write captions and copy aligned to brand tone of voice
- Help coordinate content calendars across campaigns and launches
- Stay on top of trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates
- Support influencer outreach and brand collaborations
- Engage with customers and online communities
- Use performance insights to improve content and engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and launches
- Regularly appear on camera across content and campaigns
- Represent the brand at events and exhibitions
You are:
· Someone who genuinely loves social media and understands trends and content
· Confident being regularly on camera and comfortable representing brands online
· Naturally creative, with a strong eye for aesthetic content
· Eager to learn and develop
· Organised, proactive, and hands\-on
Experience in a social media, content, or marketing role is preferred, but mindset, creativity, and attitude matter just as much.
An interest in fitness, nutrition, food, or gym culture is a bonus, but not essential.
