Social Media Content Producer & Marketer (Racket Sports)

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, high\-energy, on\-site Social Media Content Producer \& Marketer to own our organic social channels and elevate our retail and e\-commerce brand. Based out of our Northwood, UK office/retail hub, you will be the driving creative force behind our brand's digital presence across tennis, padel, and pickleball. You will handle the entire content lifecycle: jumping on court, filming new product drops, editing dynamic short\-form videos, and engaging with the thriving racket sports community online.
The role is a full time position so freelance candidates should not apply.
Content Creation \& Editing
- Film and edit videos and images for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube). Handle all post\-production editing, including cutting, transitions, effects, and sound editing.
- Ensure content is formatted correctly for each platform’s aspect ratio and resolution requirements.
- Review and send content for approval before publishing.
- Introductions will be made to tennis, padel, pickleball and badminton players if necessary for review content. A playing background in any of these sports or an active interest in these is considered an advantage
- Content Management \& Scheduling
- Maintain and manage a content calendar for shoots and live posting schedules.
- Collaboration with all the major brands that we deal with and their social media accounts.
- Attend meetings with the team on a regular basis throughout the week, which would include priorities for the week including new product launches.
- Break down creative briefs for brand deal content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Brainstorm ideas and propose new content concepts to keep engagement high.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize content based on deadlines.
- Be adaptable to a fast\-paced, ever\-changing environment.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and style across all content.
- Be available for events, shoots, and collaborations, including weekends and evenings. Travel domestically and internationally as required for events and filming.
- Use professional camera equipment or high\-quality iPhone for content creation.
- Edit using software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and Photoshop.
- In the first instance iphone usage and capcut skills are a requisite.
- Use of Canva and photoshop to produce to produce logos, banners.
- Manage and store files using Google Drive and other cloud\-based systems.
- Track new uploads across social media platforms, updating the content library.
- Organize and maintain a content library for repurposing content and reference.
- Schedule content for optimal posting times.

Salary Range £28,500 to £30,000
