Events Executive
Pay: £33,000\-35,000 per year, depending on experience

Shift pattern: Tuesday – Saturday, 8\.30am until 5\.30pm
Contract: Full\-time, Permanent
Location: Holland \& Holland Shooting Grounds, Ducks Hill Road, Harefield, Northwood, HA6 2ST

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and driven Event Executive to join our small but dynamic events team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, creating memorable experiences and seeing an event through from initial enquiry to successful delivery. You'll work on a diverse range of luxury corporate events and premium experiences, collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of corporate and luxury events from enquiry through to execution and follow\-up
- Driving event sales and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and key stakeholders
- Preparing proposals, quotations, contracts and event schedules
- Coordinating multiple events and projects simultaneously
- Managing event budgets and ensuring commercial objectives are achieved
- Working closely with operations, hospitality teams, suppliers and external partners
- Supporting event delivery on\-site and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Identifying opportunities to enhance events and maximise revenue
- Providing support to the Sales \& Customer Liaison Manager and Lead Event Executive across all aspects of in\-house and bespoke events
- Previous experience in events, event sales, corporate hospitality, luxury events or premium experiences
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication and relationship\-building abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A professional, polished and customer\-focused approach
- Confidence communicating with clients at all levels, both by phone and in person
- A self\-motivated attitude and willingness to take initiative
- A genuine passion for events and delivering outstanding experiences
- A calm and solutions\-focused approach when working under pressure
Due to our rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
