The Role

Love making videos? Always the one taking photos on nights out? The friend who's forever documenting everything and making everyone laugh?

We're looking for someone full of personality to become the face behind the content at The Keys in Yarm. We don't want boring. We want someone creative, energetic, and not afraid to get involved.

At The Keys, we're all about great food, memorable nights, and creating experiences that bring people together. From Sunday lunches and cocktails with friends to live music, brunches and packed dancefloors, your job will be to capture the atmosphere and share it with the world.

This definitely isn't a "sit behind a desk all day" role. One minute you might be filming a new dish coming out of the kitchen, the next you'll be creating content in the cocktail bar, interviewing guests at one of our events, or persuading the team to take part in your latest daft idea.

A sense of humour, confidence and the ability to spot fun moments are just as important to us as marketing experience.

What We're Looking For

Personality

You're friendly, outgoing and have a great sense of humour. You enjoy meeting people and aren't afraid to get stuck in.

Creativity

You naturally notice the moments other people miss and know how to turn them into content people want to watch.

Confidence

You're comfortable filming in busy environments and chatting with customers and staff to capture the best moments.

Social Media Skills

Experience with Instagram, TikTok and editing apps such as CapCut, VN or Lightroom.

Organisation

You'll manage your 20 hours flexibly, balancing daytime restaurant content with evening and weekend event coverage.
