Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Website Coordinator to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance our online presence across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, maintaining our website, and fostering positive public relations to strengthen our brand image. A strong understanding of social media management and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Create compelling content tailored to target audiences, including posts, articles, images, and videos.

  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond promptly to comments and messages.

  • Maintain and update the organisation’s website with fresh content, ensuring information is accurate and current.

  • Analyse digital metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Foster positive relationships with media outlets, partners, and the community to enhance public relations efforts.

  • Coordinate promotional events or campaigns to increase visibility and engagement online.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in social media management and digital marketing to ensure innovative approaches.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Organised with good time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

  • Familiarity with website management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling.

  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant internship is desirable but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about digital communication and brand promotion, providing valuable experience in a professional setting.
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
